I need help choosing my first car. Mustang vs Mustang vs MINI?

I could test drive this one and run it by a mechanic but the seller lives 2 hours away... Okay, so here's the thing. I'm 18 years old (I know, it greatly affects my age group that I'm in) and my car insurance is $152 a month. But, I'm only on liability? I have to pay over $150 a month just for liability on my car insurance? I live in Wisconsin by the way too. Car Insurance - No claims bonus-?

As I understand it no claims bonuses can be retained for a maximum 2 years after expiration of last insurance. Its approaching two years since I owned a car and had insurance for it. My father added me to his own policy to be able to drive his car , does this mean I will be allowed to keep my no claims bonus when I eventually get my own car and insurance again ??
